If it is the motor, turn on the key but do not start the car. Turn on the wiper and lission for the moter. If it is the motor you will hear it.
If the motor is running then the are has come loose of the motor.
If the motor is not running then check the fuse.

check the fuse first, then try running a jumper wire to the wire the powers the motor directly from the battery, if it moves it's the switch. If not it could be the motor or a bad ground.

DID YOU CHECK THE FUSES. SOMETIMES THE WIPERS GET STUCK SO JUST TURN IT ON AND TRY TO MOVE IT MANUALLY TO FREE IT. NEXT TRY TO SPRAY WINDSHIELD FLUID BECAUSE THAT SWITCH IS CONNECTED TO THE WIPERS TOO. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL THAN.

i would say,check the switch first,then if its good,then its probably the wiper motor.also see if the arms are bent.
