There was a segment on the news which I cannot refer to you, but the reporter was interviewing this older couple who purchased a small honda. T;hey took the car out for a weekend drive to see if they would like it. The older couple noticed that the gas guage was not changing. It was on full the whole weekend. When they went to return the vehicle, they spent a total of $1.86 in fuel cost. The older couple went back to the dealership and was going to close the sale papers when the woman noticed two men in black looking under the hood of their new car. They grabbed a small devise and ran off in a dark colored surburban. Since that time the milage was back to 28 mpg's.
The dealer did some research on where the car came from. The vehicle was part of a goverment experment on fuel econemony There were twelve other vehicoles that were part of the experiment, but this one that the couple had, the feds forgot to take off the devise that helped in getting un heard of milage.

I think they were meant to look uglier and less competitive against the american made cars, but I don´t rememer the cover story. The two nice big rectangular headlights of both Volvo and Merceds where substituted for the US market by 4 smaller headlights. 4 round ones for mercedes, four little rectangular for volvo, The rest of the world at the same time ewas getting the big two rectangular headlights. Does someone remember what was the excuse?

If you have an auto accident, the other person hits you, it’s his fault, he drives away and you don’t see the license plate, how does the auto insurance work? You are injured and your care is damaged. Who pays for the damages?

Okay, first off let me say I know I'm stupid for buying a Neon. I learned the hard way. I'm on #2 right now. lol.
Anyways, I'm having issues with the fuel pump fuse blowing. I've replaced the fuel pump. No, it wasn't the wrong one or a faulty one, I've replaced it twice. (Which isn't cheap). I've heard a lot of talk about the ground wires being the most common cause of this, so my Question is, Where are the ground wire's located?, and Do you have any other suggestions?
