Sorry....nothing much you can do but live with the dent or pay the deductible and have your carrier cover it. Police probably wont help because it is on private property.

I would look around the complex to see if you can see any damage or any of your paint on another car in the complex....sounds like a long shot, but that's all you can really do.

Why do you have full coverage on your car if you cannot afford the deductible?

If you don't know who hit your van There's really nothing else that can be done. I'm not sure what other options you'd have really. If your state offers uninsured motorist property damage coverage, which you'd need to ask your insurance company about, then you could file under that coverage, but there is still some sort of deductible most of the time.

What do you expect people, police or management, to do? If they hit you and didn't leave any contact information, there is nothing that can be done. No one forced you to set a deductible on your insurance, you asked for whatever it is, and by doing that essentially said "I can pay this much if something happens to my van." If you want it fixed, pay the deductible.

I apologize if this sounds harsh, I'm just trying to say it like it is.

Unless you saw the person do it you can't. The reason the police will not investigate for you is that a parking lot of any sort is considered private parking and if you don't have comprehensive coverage on your vehicle you are ouf of luck. Go to a auto body shop and ask for a non-insurance quote. They are usually cheaper than an insurance quote.
