which engine? The 4.6 Is under the inlet passage. You need to take out the northstar cover then open inlet passage, once you pull up the outlet, starter is right there

this may sound odd...but if you have a car where the starter is not in the normal place...cadillac actually put the starter under the intake manifold on some models. a bi&*h to change.

If it has the Northstar,it's inder the intake manifold at the rear,no jack needed
