With 431 miles, it's not even broken in yet. It's practically brand new! You'll be paying an additional $800 to get a brand new bike and it's 2 years newer than the other.
The '02 model will depreciate in value faster than the '04.
The '02 model will require repairs sooner then the '04 - simple things like tires, brakes, chain & sprockets.
