I am doing a comparison paper for my college composition class, and I'm just wondering if anyone may have some good ideas as to why it is getter or worse to buy a new or used car?

I posted question earlier and got some advice. Thanks.

I called and talked to my credit card company and found out that they do have Collision only coverage on rental car thru my credit card.

Now, I am debating myself if this coverage is enough and no need to get additional insurance from the rental car place.

I am a safe driver and will be in rural place. I hate to put so much money charged into my account.

What do you think?

Hi! I am Sarath from Sri-Lanka. My car is a Nissan Presea R 10.
My problem is when I drive, especially in late evenings, I find head lights are blinking like. Moreover, battery light indicates very often when the engine is on. I brought the car to a technician, and he says, battery is overcharging, exceeding 14 V . Further he said it may be due to some problem with the alternator.

Also last night I found wipers were moving very fast, even at level one.

Could some technically competant gentleman answer my problem to solve this out?

Booked a service for Thursday but read a lot of criticism of this service. Anyone had this service from Arnold Clark? What did you think of it?

I get a spurious thud on the right side of a 1995 Taurus SHO 4 door 3.? liter. I push down on the trunk and do not get excess bouncing, so shocks appear o.k.
Is there anything about FWD cars, that could cause this spurious noise? Where can I find all the outstanding TSB's for this model?

the 240 and 300 are the same external size and I think they put a 240 in a car in 65 , but they were big truck motors . Ford put the 200 / 250 cid motors in the cars . I could be wrong on a rarity on this one , but I know it was not common if at all .
