Under the car, look for the Muffler and go towards the engine, Cant miss it

You guys are thinking of the heat shield! This person wants to know about the converter shield.The converter shield is located on top of the catalytic converter.But is part of it,and above that is the heat shield.

It will be under the car just follow the muffler up you will see something that looks like a smaller muffler " Just before the manifold. And there will be a shield between that and the car to protect it from heat.. When it gets old it will rust and get loose and make lots of noise..

get under the car and look toward the engine. follow the exhaust pipe down until you see a "bulge" in the pipe ..That's the catalytic converter.The shield is the thin sheet metal covering it...what's it doing, rattling?

If it's loose, don't bother trying to re-weld it. Just put some long hose clamps around it. That's actually Ford's official repair. They're more reliable than the flimsy little welded tabs the factory put on.
