does anyone know what a squeeking noise could be coming from in my car (it only happens after it has been sitting for a while or in the morning when i first go to start it up!) I have taken it to three different places, the first place it took it to was a repair shop and they said that they had no idea what it is and to take it to the transmission shop so i took it to the transmission shop and the guy there looked at it and he said that he slao didnt know what it was and said that it could be the muffler, so i took it to the muffler shop and they thought that it could be the air plumun (or something like that) in the engine so i took it back to the first place that looked at it and told them what the other guy told me (about the air plunum) and they said that they would look at it and see what they could do.....so all today i have been waitong to hear from them and they said that they dont know for sure that it could be the tranmission so i was just wondering if anyone knows what it is

The battery keeps draining, but both alternator and starter/solenoid tested good and have replaced battery 4 times. Put a new splice replacement on the positive cable. Starts with the check engine light coming on and then the battery starts dropping. When the volts get too low, it just dies. It will start later, but run for only a short time. Any suggestions? Or do I need to have it professionally checked out?

Alright, last year, the altenator in my car was replaced. The day that I cam to pick it up, the radio and alarm stopped working. There is nothing wrong with the fuses. What could be wrong.

ok im intrested in ALPINE TYPE X SWX-1242D & PDX-1.1000 AMP.. TWO OF EACH

and well the dealers around here are saying around 4-500 for the sub and 800 for the amp.. well online i find much cheaper. such as the sub being under 300 and the amp being under 600.. which i calculate after price of the 4 items being a total of $1700 and bought in a store of normal retail price at around 2500+. now i know that the store usually charges extra install and a fee since its an outside product because of it not bought there vs it being all free if bought there but thats like under 100 im guessing so which still saves me money buying it online and just having them install, put it in a brand new box of theirs.. is that the right way to go.

basically im thinking on buying

2 AMPS,
2 SUBWOOFERS
1 DECK
all online and having he store fill in the blanks for everything else (BOX,WIRES,CAPACITOR)

I replaced the lines on this truck. Even after i bled the brakes on the rig the front disc. brakes and the rear drum brakes are still not working. What could be causing this, i checked the master cylinder and it is working, problem? How can it be fixed?

This car is well maintained and have had no trouble till now. It jerks only when you press the gas pedal, then when you let the gas pedal go, it coasts smooth. When it is jerking, the voltage meter goes up and down too. We changed the fuel filter and didn't help. Any ideas on what it might be??

I have an 87 Supra Turbo and I wanted to know wat u guys have to say about changing the engine. I have the 7mgte engine in, but I owuld need to rebuild it since it has high mileage on it, and the starter and alternator needs to be replaced. I have also considered the 1jzgtte twin turbo engine to be swapped into my MKIII. Which is better? The 7M, 1JZ, or should I put the 2JZ in?
