ok sorry to keep posting so if i got the the hydraulic roller lifters without the vertical bar will i end up having to get the bars from somewhere

You will need to keep a roller lifter from spinning . If you are talking about a stock roller , you will need a roller block , spider tray and 8 lifter keepers. Some hydraulic lifter blocks are machined for rollers.

Maybe the reason you're not getting answers is because it's confussing with that vertical bar stuff view roller lifter under image and futher detail issue else see Summit Racing website or catalog for detail of complete assembly
maybe you don't have complete assemblies
