My car is leaking oil from around the driver side front area it is engine oil but when it was checked out the oil pan is fine but the bottom of the engine is soaked with oil I am trying to find a diagram for this car

Somebody back intoo me at walmart parking lot they said they dont have no car insurance so i got down there name and stuff and called it in but i think the lady was lieing about have no car insurance is there any way to find out mybe by a drive tage ?

Plus...Im having a hard time taking off the driver's side back door panel completely to research myself. I have all screws out, but I can't seem to get past the sliding door lock knob. It won't slide through the panel and I don't want to pull to hard to break if off. Any suggestions/tricks/solutions or ideas?

I asked a similar but very general question yesterday.
I'm starting college at the end of august and im going to be a commuter. My mother is going to give me her 2000 Toyota Corolla, its going to be my first car, it has about around 107,000 miles on it. She says that she had it checked earlier in the year and everything was fine and before she gives it to me she'll do another check and she'll change the brakes.
So my question is, how long do you think it will last- with the right maintenance and tlc?

Back in the late 1990's, the high school and college parking lots looked like honda dealerships on steroids. Everybody had a honda with body kits and racing rims. Where did all those hondas go? I noticed that hardly anyone has a honda now, everybody's driving SUV's or other asian cars. Who is driving those hondas young people used to drive? I need a good answer.

I have two sons (9 and 11) and I'm ready to ditch my Nissan van. It's falling apart and I'm tired of spending the dough to fill the tank. I'm eyeing those small wagon-type things, like a Scion xB, a Toyota Matrix or a Dodge Caliber. Any people with kids who can recommend a car in this class? I am going get around $4,000 from my financial aid refund this semester, and I need a new car. I have right now a 1990 Lexus, and it runs pretty good for it being an old car, but it's slowly but surely dying on me. My dad won't let me buy nothing other than a Toyota, Lexus, Nissan or a Honda-because of their dependability. So out of these makers which model do you think is the best to buy used? Thanks

A lady friend that I have known for a long time wants to buy a car....so she went to a Dealer and thought the prices were too high on the new one's...so she looked at the used one's..with low mileage ...her credit suffered some when her husband died....she found one that she likes for $17,000 and has $9000 to put down and can make payments on this car. she would have to finance the balance...the sales person says that his credit manager is trying to get her financed....but never calls her..she says that she always has to call him and gets a run-a-round......any suggestions on how to get financing...or suggestions on what she should do? "O" Wise One is not wise on this one.

I'm not advocating road rage but Jesus Christ! Some people need to LEARN HOW TO DRIVE. I have an hour and a half commute every day and its hard to stay patient with other drivers when they are trying to kill me and everyone else on the roadways.
