If it works the same at the master control on the driver's door, then it isn't the switch. If you hear a grinding or popping sound while trying to put it up, then it's probably the gear reduction which is part of the motor itself.---- there are directional "Christmas trees" [called this because they look like a Christmas tree when removed] that are about 6-9 inch's apart that need to be pried out to remove most interior panels. There is a cheap tool made for this purpose that makes it easier and they hold better when reinstalled.

Could be a bad switch. The sliding door lock knob might clip on the back end of the slider. The backside of the slider snaps over the rod that goes to the door latch. Hope this helps.

If it rolls down, chances are the switch and motor are okay. Try this. Go to the auto parts store and ask for silicone spray. Liberally spray the rubber and the track the window goes up and down in. Try again. Work now? Give it another spray and keep the rubber well lubricated. If this doesn't help, take it in to be fixed. It will probably be less than replacing parts if you break something.

They sell a tool just for GM door handles, You can get them at any Auto part store, Your window runs on two arms one for up one for down, Your up arm may have come off, They are connected with a ball and socket plastic piece, you might have to buy a new one of them

Motors do die out sometimes especially if you use them a lot. You probably just got lucky with both of them going out. Also it is probably cheaper to have you A/C fixed. Power windows can be very expensive to fix.

I think your power window track has broken or is stripped on one side.
