Well the insurance company has every right at the moment not to be very nice. You should not be driving without a license. You could of gone to jail so I would try to find a job. Go speak to a attorney and see if you can work something out with the insurance company.

Obviously you failed to take responsibility for your actions. Their insurance company has no reason to be nice. Their insurance company had to pay to fix the car you damaged so they are now going to pursue you until they get their money back. You will also find that if you are a minor you will not be able to get your DL until your 18 and only then after you have paid for the damages you did or reached an agreement with the insurance company. After that you will have to keep an SR22 on file with the state to insure you do have insurance in order to keep your DL and your registration.
Your decision to drive with out a license was reckless and now you are being held responsible. My suggestion... talk with insurance company.. ask them how you can settle this.. and then put all your effort into taking care of it. This will haunt you for a LONG time until you get it resolved.
Hope this helps and I wish you luck.

Choice ----> Consequence. One always leads to the other. You chose to drive with no license, and no insurance. You are at fault in the accident. You are responsible for making her whole. You have no job. GET ONE and start making payments on the damage you caused. Her insurance is not too nice. Why would they be? They are not responsible for the damage you caused. You can also bet you will be getting tickets and a court date, and a hefty fine you will have to pay. If you can't, or don't, enjoy your time in the county jail.

Better get a job and offer to pay so much a week. She can sue you for the damages. She will win a judgment against you and someday you'll have to pay. Until then don't drive without a license and insurance. It's not fair to the people who do for you to cause them to lose what they have worked hard for. Everyone, no matter what their situation is, can pick themselves up and improve their lives.

Sadly, you'll have to pay for the damages. Do it ASAP so you don't end up going to collections or having your credit wrecked over it.
And go to DMV and get a license and insurance - why did you drive without them?
Best of luck!

Seek an attorney, as you are in for a legal battle, particularly if their were injuries. If you can't afford an attorney contact social services and get ask them for information on any legal aid available.
Good luck to you...

Every action has it's consequences. You are about to learn what those might be--quite justifiably.
