Hi, I am at MI and my wife is at DC (I think DC will have a high insurance rate. I'll move to DC after a year). We have two cars. Could we have a joint car insurance if one car is registered at MD and one car is registered at MI?

Does anyone know if you need a permit/ license to drive a moped or scooter around the neighborhood? Is there a speed limit? Are there any rules regarding this? I would like to buy a fast moped or scooter I just want to know if I need a permit/ license as well.

Today all of the sudden when I went to roll up my passenger side front window, it would not go up. I have power windows so I tried from the drivers side and from the passenger side as well and nothing. When you try to roll it up, you can hear a sound like it's trying to roll up but nothing happens. All of the other windows will go up except for that one. Help!!!

This car is fitted with door locks, that lock automatically, when driven over fifteen MPH.
It doesn't do that anymore, but will lock, when I do it manually, with the power switch. Any ideas as to cause and fix?

I found this Mustang for about $3,999(I don't know the year or mileage). It's one of the newer models(not the NEWEST but before the new model *'95 or higher model*) If I choose to get it I will be putting down $1,000. I can't wait and pay it cash because I start school next monday and I need it to get to school and work. What do you guys think about it?

Its is a manual transmission and it does the same in nuetral. The engine bogs way down if you press on the gas above 2500 rpms. it even stalls out if gas is pressed far enough. some people have said its the vaccum hoses. but I'm just looking for another opinion before I take it in, please help.

I bought this over a month ago and it has been increasing its oil consumption--over a quart per fillup now. The catalytic converter had to be replaced; oil consumption jumped. Now I have a black smudge on the bumper.

Compression is good. We can see a leak, but it is minor and cannot account for the vast amounts of oil it is comsuming.

Came home & the girl's mother had put a note thru the door saying that her daughter had crashed into my stationary car with her bike. My ins comp are calling me with details of how I can claim, I have claims protection, but can I get the 6yr old girls parents to cough up some money (or at least the excess).
