kawasaki zl900a1 eliminator - how do I fix a problem with the carbs?

I have a problem with one of the carberators leaking fuel and don't know how to troubleshoot for problems or fix it easily

where is it leaking from, could be a stuck float and its running out the overflow tube. if you dont know how to remove the airbox on that bike take it to someone.
