Common problem
The door latch is jammed and needs to be replaced.
problem is getting the door open.

I hate to do this, but you not only have provided sketchy information, but your spelling is so bad I don't know what you are trying to say.
Two recommendations....
Use spell check-the little box above the window that says check spelling.
Give more detail as to the problem. Inside door handle, outside door handle, will the key lock work, etc.
