No way! At 18 you can get a license without completing a formal driver's ed class, but everyone takes the road test the first time they're licensed whether they're 18 or 80.

If you have had a driver's license before then the driving exam can be waived. But if this is your first license or your license was from another country you will have to take the driving exam.

no that is not true, if you are over 18 then you dont have to take drivers training (behind the wheel training), also your parents dont have to sign for you
