Hi,

I am looking to buy my second car and I don't want to make the same mistakes as when I bought my first. I don't have a clue about cars and neither does anyone in my family. Are there any essential questions to ask/ things to look out for?

Thanks

hey, since last week i have had problems with my rover 416i. It has broken down twice. I thought it was an immobilizer problem. So i kept on disconnecting the battery and resetting it. Anyway no matter what i did the problem continued, i have had a new starter put in, a new battery and spark plugs aswell. I have checked my oil level and it is fine but the red light keeps appearing on my dashboard each time im near a set of traffic lights or am driving slow. Maybe does need oil but am unsure. Im so fed up feel like getting a another car something reliable, for about 2000 pounds thats my budget what would u advice me too do?
Thank u for reading this x

Is it legal to drive a scooter on the freeway? I saw one on the freeway on Saturday and it appeared this guy had it going full throttle and he was barely going 55 mph. They dont offer a lot of protection either...

Drill is approximately 8-10" long and cores the hole in the rubber. The core is then ejected through a half moon cut out on the side of the hollow core drill bit. I know they use a smaller one on snowmobile tracks but this is much larger.

I always buy used cars, because it isn't going to depreciate as much as a new car. But some people say they like buying a new car, and they will drive it till it dies. What is the most efficient way to buy and own a car?

were driving your fiance's truck with a learner's permit with his permission and got in an accident in which both you and another driver were at fault but you caused a small dent in the back passanger side near the door no bigger than your hand. Neither of you called the police nor exchanged insurance info I don't think he got my tag number either. So, I gave him my phone number and he gave me his and I informed him this would be an outta pocket payment to fix the dent since I didn't want to get the insurrance company involved. The other driver called to say he got an estimate and it was about a thousand and some odd dollars, and lied and said that I caused his trunk to become unaligned! What would you do? I am not willing to pay those cost thats too much but I don't want to place a claim because I don't want my insurance to inflate what do I do????? He only has my phone number!!!!

I looking to buy a car that as this 4 indispensable features: comfort, good for long travels (a week or more), doesn't spend to much gas lol (as much as possible) and city handy (I don't like small cars).
I have these cars as good options for myself:
Nissan Quest or Versa or Altima , Citroën C3, Toyota Yaris or Mercedes Class A.
Unfortunately it can’t be over the budget of 27 000 dollars/euros.
I would love new ideas or opinions.
