if u took the permit test for the first time, and u passed, then u got a permit, can u drive on the street? would a police officer stop u and write you a ticket??

You could drive, but only if accompanied by a licensed driver, in the daylight hours--otherwise you get the ticket when you are stopped for any reason.

yes you can drive on the street as long as you have a licensed driver in the car with you if you only have a permit or learners license. And yes you can get a ticket by a police officer. You might be learning but you are still a licensed driver.

You must have a licensed driver over 25 years old (I think) in the car with you, or you can be ticketed, or worse.

He won't stop you haney he has no idea how old you are. If you get pulled over you better have a licensed driver inthe car cuz then you get ticketed
