Ihave a 95 Plymouth Neon it is an automatic and it has a 2.0 engine, My back breaks lock up on me sometimes when i drive down the road, and when I pull the E-brake up they unlock. I took it to the garage and they said me E- brake was messed up, but then they changed their mind and said my E- brake was fine, also recently it has been acting strange i will be driving down the road and all of a sudden it will start to bogg like drop speed for 40 to almost 30, I was told this could be something awrong with the transmission or the grade of gasoline, they dont seem to know whats wrong with my car, can anyone help?

Have you checked the rear brake shoes yet

If it's locking up they may have put them on backwards or put the 2 same shoe on one side.
The 2 shoes are made differently
The rear one is bigger than the front
You may have the 2 bigger ones on 1 side

The bogging down could be the rear brakes dragging..From haveing the wrong shoes on it..
