I have a realtor that said they could sale my home for 5% and then another for 4%. Is there anything else that I can get a realtor to come down on, that will benefit me on my return?

A house is sold in 2005, transaction details are not known, Sellers Name is known, Buyers Name is known, address is known, what is not known are the Details: Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Co., etc. I assumed there was/is a site to look up this information; What is this site called?

I am moving into a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, 900sq ft, in sacramento, ca and i was just wondering how much my electric bill will be each month. Everything in my apt is electric, including washer/dryer, stove, oven, heater, etc.. THANKS!

Which value do Lenders use? I have an appraisal where the appraiser used one value for Sales Comparison Approach, another (4K higher) for Cost Approach, but at the end of the report under the reconciliations area, he shows a value $15K less than the Sales Comparison approach. Could this be a typo? I will verify tomorrow but I'm on pins and needles here.

i had the list agent show me the house and im thinking about making an offer. but the list agent is not happy with me because im thinking about getting my own agent. so what should i do? ignore her and get my own agent or just let her to be my agent and do dual agency?

The actual manufactured home belongs to you and you pay rent on the lot. If the owner of the mobile home park doesn't like someone, can they have a "restraining order" against that person even though that person has never harmed the landlord? Then, if you do get caught socializing with that person, is it legal for the landlord to threaten you with eviction? What can be done if you are threatened that way?

for example i was approached by a realestate investor that I could also become a partner in his company,by being a credit investor on properties he finds and then deed the properties back over to him after closing. He agree to pay 10 to 20,000 or more depending on equity in property to me and the rest to him. and I keep my portion because it is in my name and give him the rest per contract. Is this safe. what are the pro and cons of this?

We recently took a tenancy agreement up for six months. However, our life is being made hell by a neighbour and we want to move as when we signed the agreement we had no idea that the music would be so loud.
