I find it difficult to decide in this case, due to the price difference.

An apartment is under offer with the "5% deposit paid" incentive. This is attractive to me, however, at the same time, I notice there is another 3-bed house nearby (they are one postcode away). This house's price is around 15,000 higher than that of the apartment.

This extra amount is big for me. But on the other hand, a house seems a better investment than an apartment. So I'm getting confused.

If you were me, which factors will you consider so that you can decide?

I am a loan officer and i have not been able to get too many people to refinance. As you know we live on a commission base and sometimes it gets pretty hard.

Does anyone here live in Orpington, Kent? Could you give me your impression, from the viewpoint of a house buyer? I'm looking for some flat / apartment in BR5, BR6, but don't know the price trend there.

Thank you so much.

there is a company stating that they will buy your home that is in foreclosure etc. and then sell it back to you at a reduced price. is this legitimate? are they for real or is this a true scam? example; your home is in foreclosure you cant make the payments; instead of losing your home they will buy the home then re-sell it to you after they put in on the open sale market for 30 days at a higher price. you pay them cost of appoximately $295. this sounds to good to be true.

We've only lived here for a few months and there were ants before we moved in. They have come and treated 2 times and nothing. We have bought our own stuff and nothing. We are fed up and want to know if we can break our lease w/out penalty since the apts have not yet fixed the problem. Also what is a good website about Texas renters rights?

I am looking for a place in the Fort Worth area, around the H-E-B area or even NRH/Keller/Watauga areas. I don't want an apt. Let me know it you know where I might look or what search words might do me some good. I am not that great with yahoo or google search and tend to find stuff that has nothing to do with what I am searching for.

My husband and I are in process of buying our first home, in our purchase agreement we added the contingency that the seller would pay for new furnace andnew central air, my question is this , will the seller simply give us this money at closing or will she herself do the repairs, and they will be doen within a certain time of us moving in? We were really hoping to have someone we know do the work, as we were comfortable with them,,an and the money we had asked for was comparable to a estimate that they had given us. So we were just wondering how this would all work out in the end,,thanks for any answers!!!

I am renting a 3 bedroom home, but one of the bedrooms has all of the landlords personal belongins. When I moved into the rental home I agreed to give the landlord one week to move his personal belongings out, but it has now been two months since I moved in and his belonging are still there. I am paying rent for the entire home, but I cannot use that one bedroom.
