I am renting a 3 bedroom home, but one of the bedrooms has all of the landlords personal belongins. When I moved into the rental home I agreed to give the landlord one week to move his personal belongings out, but it has now been two months since I moved in and his belonging are still there. I am paying rent for the entire home, but I cannot use that one bedroom.

I think you should ask for an adjustment on the rent!

If the lease reads you have rented a 3 bedroom home then all of the home should be accesable to you. Send a registered letter to the landlord. Announce that he has broken the lease and you will move out if the junk isn't moved in a few days. Or you will be forced to move his stuff outside in the yard.
He needs your income..he will find another place for his stuff.

You should write a letter to him asking him to empty the room within one week or you would like to negotiate for reduced rent. Calculate the sq. foot of the room and determine how many percent that is of the total sq foot. Reduce the rent by the same percent and that is what you are going to offer. For the past two months, you should be compensated for that amount too.

If the agreement is noted in a written lease, then your landlord is in violation of the lease, so you shouldn't be expected to pay the full amount. Consult an attorney.

Ask him to remove his belongings as previously agreed.

If he can't or won't, negotiate a rent reduction.

Tenement agreement does not stipulate that, so you dont have to pay. In fact its a breach of contract/agreement. See your lawyer about it.
