The only people I know who have worked their way up to that sort of an income have a specialized education, or are in sales. No one I know starts at the top, you have to "pay your dews".
Some truck drivers make that much. Some plumbers do. You have to be good at what ever it is that you do.

Software development jobs often pay in the $80-100k a year range. That should get you where you want to be.
If you have some time, you can also try pharmacy school. Graduates often make $75000 a year right out of school.
