I live in North Miami Beach, give more details, I am a property manager and have many reators for friends..... East or West of Biscayne Blvd? Any ammenities? You could offer a the special, list what is near to apt. example Aventura Mall, a park, the beach, etc....... good luck

Try advertising in the New Times & The Sun Post. I manage several buildings, and those publications are very effective. Good Luck!
