me and my family are moving to south carolina... and my parents are retired, we brought a house down in south carolina but we did not sell the house we live in now! so we don't have no money whats so ever to move all of our stuff from one house to another... and we need some suggestions on what to do! plz help im upset!

but the people are not buying houses in this period of time (for those who watch the news!) should i let the house i own foreclose i live in now! and live in the new house in south carolina?

Have you thought of renting it out, or checking into a rental company (on that manages property) Lots better than letting it go back to the bank into a foreclosure. That away you have more time to sell it, or have someone do a land contract on the property, to where they pay your mortgage, and after 1 year they can refinance the property and you will have your money.
Land contract: The land contract needs to be recorded at the local court house. The people will need to pay you by check. The lender they use in one year, will need to see the canceled checks (it just makes it easier in the long run, as proof that they paid you).

If you got no money to move, Mr Murphy will move in and you'll lose both houses.
Sell the old one, you get two jobs to help them, help them get jobs.
