I saw an infomercial that actually interested me. Hard to do. Can you tell me if something like this works? How much effort is really involved Ect.

Check out the USA Today article from Monday (Oct 23) about a guy who lost it all trying to do it. He had taken several courses on the real estate business and lost his hinney.
