who do I contact in Indiana to collect money for a bounced check?

This was written for rent owed and it has been 5 months with no available funds.

need to file a claim and take them to court. Contact the prosecuting attorney for further instructions.

If you deposited the check and it bounced, then you have to go to the check writer. You aren't going to get paid, it's a bad check. You basically got screwed. Sorry.

you can try contacting the District Attorney's office. They have a check fraud department.
