A house is sold in 2005, transaction details are not known, Sellers Name is known, Buyers Name is known, address is known, what is not known are the Details: Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Co., etc. I assumed there was/is a site to look up this information; What is this site called?

If your county has a website, you can check there. The wording used on ours is tax appraisal district. You can search either by address or owner's name.

This will depend on the disclosure laws in your state. In Texas, the sold price is worded something like "Ten dollars and other compensation". However the mortgage paperwork, which includes how much and what kind (FHA, VA, Conv) of loan was taken out. If it was sold in 2005, the mortgage may have been sold already, so it would be a diferent company now, and the agent may be in another company or even field...

Go to your local county clerks office. They will have a section for deeds and mortgages. Ask to see the last deeds on records for a specific property.
