I just recieved my Social Security Statement telling me what my benefits are as of my last years earnings. This may sound stupid but is there a way that I can cash out my earnings now? I am a student and am at the point where if I dont come up with the money I might have to drop out. I dont have a cosigner so I was wondering if this is possible. Any feedback would be appreciated

Does anyone else have a paycheck problem?????????
I have only been at this place for four months, I was paid on the 3rd of August . I put the paycheck into my account. I then started paying bills online , and then my account went into the negative, . so i called the bank and they told me the check from work was returned and it was no good.

one other person at work had the same problem and is now negative $300 bucks.

who is responsible for the overdraft fees, and how do i collect the money.

One other time we had to wait 2 weeks to get paid because the owners did not have enough money in the account.

it is a small company and has about 15 workers, they opened last halloween. We are still a month behind in getting paid.

It contained no cash and no credit cards ... just my library card, drivers licence, school ID, and Red Cross blood doner card.

What should I do? I am panicking.

Right now I am paying back my student loan at 4.875%. I have the option to do set up an automatic payment with the company who own's my loan. To do this I would receive an additional .25% discount off the interest rate. Is it worth it to do the automatic payment? Or will it take just as long and just as much.

I transferred to a new job for better pay, but this new company doesn't offer a 401k plan. My old company did and I had put some of my money into it. My first question is what financial institution offers the best rates for me to roll over my 401k? My second question would be how do I transfer it from one institution to another?

I pay mine $300.00 a month for a small room/small bathroom - I don't use much water, electricity, i'm never home - I don't have any privacy at all though so it's like it's not my room. Yes I know that I could rent an apartment for 400-500 with utilities included, however, my parents are so controlling that if I move out, they'll never speak to me again. Anyways, that's a different subject - I was just wondering how much is a decent amount to pay rent when you still live at home...

I don't have a licence, and I'm 15.
I need ideas on how to earn money, fast!
Thanks!

Ok... I'm prepared for the flames, cause I definitely have been a financial idiot as of late. But in the past 2 months - I've abused the hell out of my credit cards and have overdrawn my checking account (which is now much worse w/ fees). All total, I need about $2,200 to get back on my feet, because right now I'm really struggling. I've been able to pay the rent this month....but I'm getting quite hungry eating Ramen noodles and cereal. I've been looking hard for work but haven't had any luck. I think I could get something lined up and pay the money (w/ interest) back in about 2 months. I'm a broke college student who made some bad decisions and now is paying for it (or WISH i way paying for it)

Most loan services seem to require a current employer and such to obtain a loan. Parents wont help. I don't think another credit card would be a good idea. I know I need to get my personal finances in order, but any advice for the real short-term so I can fix this ever-deepening hole.

I have approx 2 yrs left to finish my BS in business/finance. Where i work there is no need for a finance/ or acct person the corp office is in MD. I have been working at my job for 3 mon. I want to get a job that will help me transition into being either a financial advisor or credit counselor, and i am wondering, What type of job would prepare me for that?

I need a loan of £5000 to pay of a few existing debts. My credit score is 520.

I have noticed a lot of private lenders advertising on here. Has anyone actually got a loan from them, and if so did you have to pay money upfront?

A mate of mine contacted richards_loan_agency and he wanted £180 upfront. He also tried Dharrin and he wanted £800 upfront. If we had that kind of money we wouldn't be looking for a loan.
Please get back to me about the private lenders on here, and what upfront fees you have to pay?

I need a loan urgently, but want no credit check or upfront fees.

Thanks

Since I have bad credit I am looking to start off with a secured credit card.

I don't know much about all the APR things and what different kind of fees there are...

So I looking to see people's opinions on the card I should apply for and why?

I'm trying to go with the one that gives me the lowest interest or at least the lowest annual fee.

Thank you.

I've done all the letter, got a letter back from HSBC saying they are going to refund me £750.

I got this letter on 27th July, posted the acceptance slip back by special delivery, checked online to make sure they received the letter etc.

On the slip it said it can take up to 14 working days to refund the money into my account, this is nearly up.

Did anyone else have to wait the full 14 working days or wait more than etc?

Many thanks in advance x
