I have a few of his books.. and they are pretty specific... but if you arent old or poor, they arent worth your time and effort..

For what? If you are disabled, then apply to social security to see if you are eligible for that or for SSI. If you are looking for money to start a business, then look elsewhere, to your own savings or to loans - there is very lttle free government money to start businesses, no matter what some of the scam internet sites claim. If you are trying to buy a house, check out HUD - it's generally long-term, low interest loans though, if you qualify, not just a handout.
