My credit is bad due to bills in the way past and I am trying to get caught up with them. I have a GREAT job, but my fiance got injured recently and we had already sent out everything(obviously since it's a week away). It's just for some extra cash for food and other expences that might come about. I can pay my current bills on time and my employer won't do that, I work with people with disabilities and it's a State Funded program .

Cut back on your wedding expenses. Less food, cheaper food, cheaper flowers.

It sounds like you got a lot of financial problems and the last thing you need is a high interest loan.

Must you marry now? No offense, but if you have to borrow $1000 to have a wedding, I don't think you are ready for a marriage. I am not saying you are not ready for love or money comes before love. But a wedding is not a marriage.

Marriage is about love absolutely, but it is also about responsibility and maturity. Bad credit will take 7 years to correct and let's face it, you must have neglected certain issues to have such bad credits in the first place. It's not too late to make good, and no, I am not asking you to wait 7 years to get married. But until you are in the right mindset to commit to a more responsible life, you're not ready as an adult to enter into a lifelong commitment.

Marriage is not just about you, it's about the two of you , and then 3, perhaps 4, or perhaps even more. If you think $1000 for a wedding is this burdensome, wait till the kids come. You will want the best you possibly can offer for your kids, right? Don't say you won't have kids yet. Once two people are together, kids can come anytime. (never ceased to be amazed how many "accidents" still occur in this day and age)

If you must get married now, no one can stop you. You're your own person. You are your own destiny. It's never too late to take destiny into your own hands.

Wish you all the best.

No one will lend to you with those kind of fico scores. With your wedding coming up so soon you don't have time to rebuild your credit. Why is your credit so bad? If you obviously can't pay your current bills why would someone want to risk lending you money?

$1000 is not much cash. Do you work? Ask your employer for a loan. Or maybe a family member?

With credit that bad, about your only chance is a loan from mom.

Saving up for the wedding would have been a real good idea, but it's a little late now.

That is what happens when the bills do not get paid --- No more credit for you. No financial institution will try and save you. You have run out of credit.--- No problem pay cash...

Ask your guests to give CASH instead of gifts. The term 'good loan' is an oxymoron.
