Does anyone else have a paycheck problem?????????
I have only been at this place for four months, I was paid on the 3rd of August . I put the paycheck into my account. I then started paying bills online , and then my account went into the negative, . so i called the bank and they told me the check from work was returned and it was no good.

one other person at work had the same problem and is now negative $300 bucks.

who is responsible for the overdraft fees, and how do i collect the money.

One other time we had to wait 2 weeks to get paid because the owners did not have enough money in the account.

it is a small company and has about 15 workers, they opened last halloween. We are still a month behind in getting paid.

Legally, unfortunately, you are the one responsible for the overdraft fees.

You could sue your employer for it - but if he can't even make payroll, your chances of collecting from him could be slim.

I'd look for another job.

Good luck.

Your employer is the problem, not the bank. You could try and get your employer to cover the overdraft fees, but at this point I suspect you will be lucky to get the pay they owe you. Find another job TODAY.
