I left money so I could be paying for the dress, I wenbt out of the country and a lot of months passed by, now that I went to check on the status of my investment, they told me it was lost cause I took too long (march was the last time I payed for it) and now the money I put in is theirs and my dress is theirs too!
Their reason is that they told me that if I didn`t pay I would loose it all, the money and the dress.
I have my ticket but is there anything I can do to recover one of those 2, money or dress?

What I am really wondering is that if someone can get a hold of the info to use my card, does that give them a doorway to my other accounts (checking, other CCs, etc..) Thanks in advance.

I'm taking out an auto loan for $32,000. My credit union has offered me 5.5% for 72 months. Is that a good rate? I have looked at several other places and they all want a minimum of 6.9%. My rate seems too good to be true. Is it?

By the way, I have excellent credit (FICO over 800 with NO debt).

Thanks!

I am looking at Debt Relief Companies to help me get out of a hole I have dug for myself. So far, I have looked at Credit Solutions and Freedom Debt Relief. Does anyone have any advice on these specific companies or recommend a specific company?

I am 19-years-old. I am a university student and other than my grant/loan and earnings from a summer job, I have no regular income (I saved over summer), but I have enough money to live comfortably at uni. I do not want to spend any money on a credit card, but it would be useful to have one to book hotel rooms and things like that.

And for those Americans on here, I am in Britain looking for British credit cards, and while I appreciate your willing to help, your answers are usually about as useful as a nun's ****.

Guyz, I need your help desperately.
I have had credit card from ICICI bank 3 years ago and i continued to pay minimum balance for over a year but the principle amount stood there so i decided to discontinue paying rest of the some and i discontinued the salary account as well. So i never paid my outstanding balance on credit card.

Now It's been a year i am working with different company a different corporate salary account (new account) with ICICI bank again.

After serving this company for a year, suddenly out of blue ICICI bank realized that this is the same guy who owe us big time on credit card and they BLOCKED MY THIS MONTH's SALARY.

Now i am talking about two different accounts here but with the same bank. The question arises:

Can a bank block one's salary from his/her salary account which is not at all linked with his/her's credit card or previous accounts in the same bank to recover any outstanding dues?

Guyz i need your advice to solve this issue.

Ok,we were trying to buy a house but it fell through. Now we are trying again, decided on another house, but changed our minds.
The third one is owner-financed so,according to them, they just have to transfer the house over to us.
So,will this house buying process be faster, with no inspections (they just remodeled the house),and,my husband signed a contract. Does that mean we still need co-signers or will the house be in his name only? Don't think so...Does the bank find co-signers for you?
Thank you.
N.

My sister-in-law is a real *****,but said if her and her husband acted as co-signers so we could get a house, they would "keep it in their name forever' (the house) just to be spiteful because we don't get along. Can they do that and if so,what could we do about it?
Thanks.
