Better idea is to get online billpay thru your bank account. Most major banks offer if for no additional fee. Then you can pay all your bills online. You can set payments up in advance, including scheduling recurring payments for automatic payment. It all stays under your control and you can cancel or make changes up to the transaction date.

Citi cards do have online bill payment. As long as you have a checking account you can pay your bill online.
