ok about a week ago i was in debt 15,000..to tell you the truth, i was pretty comfortable with that..but something happened and now ill owe 25,000..just thinking about it makes me want to throw up and i start to sweat real bad. I never waned to cross 17 because thats when i get iffy and now im screwed. I make decent money but itll take 2 years to pay that off. Now my questions is, is there anything i can do..obviously, if you owe money, you need to pay it off, not move it around with debt consolidation. I know, but im really stressed out and i need some advice. Please no comments like "your pathetic" or "racking up that much was stupid"..whats done is done. i mean i checked my credit score and its 800..but id rather have a score of 690-710 and owe 5,000 than this..

I tried to get on a payment plan, but you have to have good credit and that I don't have plus I used a co-signer and they have know established credit, and she's the only person I know here that could have helped, now what do I do? I have not found a dentist that will work with me all they say is the money up front or you can't get nothing done, I have medicaid but that only helps people that is 21yrs old or younger, I also tryed the ameriplan and but the dentists fee's are still to high to get enough of a discount, I guess I'm out of luck, but the pain is terrible.

They have upped my finance charges to where I can never pay it off anyway. My minimum payment (which I now cannot afford) would only serve to pay for now huge finance charges every month. What is going to happen if I don't pay it off. I'm a college student and I own nada. I called and they won't lower it. I can't afford it and have no incentive to even attempt to pay it off since it will never end since they've increased everything. So if I just stop paying it, what can they do?

Obviously, I know I can't use the card anymore, but what else can they do?

Increase my credit line?
I only have 2 credit cards and one of them is capital one which has a $300 limit however now they sent me a letter stating I can increase my limit to $500.

Either way, I am only using less than 30% and I am paying it in full every month. So my question is which is better for my credit? Do I keep it at $300 or let them increase it?

Also what about if they keep increasing it, what should I do? I just want to do what is best for my credit. Thanks.

I understand Target and Walmart offer instant credit approval. But I was wondering if I submit a credit application online, upon approval can I go to Target and/or Walmart same day to use the credit and make a purchase.

If a store had a promotion running where you could save money by signing up for their credit card and you were to cancel the application the next day or so before you got the card, would that negatively affect your credit or would it be fine so long as you do not purchase anything?

I had to buy a used auto from 'we finance' like early this year due to no credit establishment. And I have been sucked paying over 200% of the blue book price. And I don't want to keep paying that because financial situation these days is not really good. If I stop paying monthly payment and they repossess the auto, how would it affect my credit and what else is expected to happen?

iv set up a direct debit using my credit card bank sort code and account number. Does this act as a normal direct debit and the company would just deduct the amount from the balance of my credit card. Or do I have to fund the account? Im confused

I have a checking account already established with a credit card from the same bank. I am unhappy with the service I have received with them and I am planning to switch to another bank.

Before I close my current account, I would like to know should I start my new checking account with the new bank now and apply for a card when the account is established?

Or should I apply for a credit card now before I start the new account?

My concern is closing my current account and starting a new checking account with a new card would not look favorably for my credit. However, would starting the new checking account first make approval easier since I would have an account established with the new bank?
