Most bank accounts and jobs do not appear in credit reports. Credit reports only contain what is reported to the credit bureau.

Like loancareer said - you could have supplied the wrong information or you have no established credit

Though he is incorrect by saying those are the "only" reasons.

One other possibility is a split file.
When a credit file splits -
There are two files instead of one
One file may carry all of the information, the other file may be blank.
Or one file may carry part of the info and the other file may carry the remaining info.

You should contact the CRA and discuss it with them. Find out if you entered your info wrong, if your file is split or if there is just nothing to report
(though if you have never had credit before then you would know that there is nothing to report)

If you entered your info wrong, you will be able to correct it but they may require proof (drivers license & utility bill)

If it's a split file, they will have to merge your reports - a fair warning - they "hate" to hassle with that. If you are lucky they will merge the reports without making a production out of it, if you aren't that lucky you will have to be on them until it's done.

That can only be for tow reasons:

1. - You supplied the wrong information, SSN, Address, Etc.

2. - You have no eastablished credit.

There is no other reason why it would come back empty.

PS. Bank accounts do not report on your credit report and very few employers do as well. My credit report still lists me as employed at a job I left 27-years ago.

Do you have any loans or credit cards? If so and the info is not there and it is GOOD info the ask the 3 major Credit Bureaus to update your records.
