Try calling a Dentist who is stand alone and not in a group of some sort. They are independent and can make what ever arrangements they want to. The Groups tend to be inflexible.

Call Social Services in your area and ask if there is a Dentist in the arew who will work with you.

If all elses fails go to the emergency room and they will have to deal with this if it is of a surgical emergency nature. If not that will not work.

Sexy, is right IF there is a dental school near you.

The above answerer has the right answer.

Two things to add,

1. Start brushing with pure baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Brush 3 times a day and after you eat or drink anything other than water. Floss frequently too. Cut all sugar out of your diet as everytime the sugar hits your nerves/sore teeth it KILLS! I have been nursing a broken tooth for a year this way and have no pain and haven't for months. It will take 3 or 4 days for the infections (which is why you have pain) to lessen and for you to feel better.

2. Find another job. Heck, with severe tooth pain you are not sleeping anyway, you might as well work. Take everydime from the other job and put towards your teeth.

Good luck

Go to a dental college and have the work done for free, since you have Medicaid.

I had my root canal done at a dental school when my insurance didn't cover it. My dentist was impressed with the work, and I didn't pay a dime.
