I didn't receive my monthly statement this month, so I didn't know when was the payment due date and I found out that it is due today so I immediately made an online account and made the payment but I realized that they will be charing me a $15 dollar fee for being late, I told them that I am not responsible for this because I didn't get the bill. Is there anything I can do to waive the fee? They told me they can't waive it. I don't care about the money, if it was my fault then I would pay without any hesitation, but this I feel like is a scam.

Can someone please tell me what can I do for them o remove the fee.

Hello, I've been wanting to get a used car around the price range of $12,000-13,000. I've searched on-line for auto loans but no one seems to give out loans to people under 18. I also have another problem that is I have no credit because all the money I earned when I was working I was paying my friend off. Are there any lenders that give out loans to people under 18 and that are first time buyers? I don't get why banks don't give auto loans to teens when they are the most people in need of a loan. Can anyone help me with this situation? Thanks

Also, you can email me at avtamat@hotmail.com if you can help me out.

:)

The lawyer told me that he works for a law firm in Texas. He has offices in California. (I live in Southern California.) I owe Sears (among other credit cards) about 2K. I think I made a payment to them about 7 months ago.

I am unemployed at this time, I have no savings, own no home, own no car and I am not collecting any unemployment now. For the past 6 months (March-July) I was collecting very little unemployment, yet I didn't have enough coming in to cover that Sears bill.

I asked the lawyer if I had to go to court. He did not give me a straight answer of Yes or No. I don't understand why he couldn't give me a direct short and simple answer. He told me that he would send me information in the mail about the law firm he works for. I have not yet recieved any court summons in the mail. I need clear cut answers. My mind works that way.

Should I try for bankrupcy? Is there a chance that my case may win? (I have 7-8K in credit card debt) I earned 7K in 2006 while working

I've seen auto dealerships advertise to pay off your auto loan in full with the purchase of a new vehicle. True or False?

One month ago, I was approved for a Lens Crafters' credit card via General Electric Money Bank. I haven't received anything from GEMB, and I am on a 90-day interest free promotion. GEMB's web site is not helpful and phoning their 800 number does not help either. Certainly, within one month I should've received the credit card, payment book and payment instructions. I don't want to wait until my 90-days has expired before making a payment. Has anyone else used GEMB and is familiar with my issues?

Find out from the websites that the purchases have been made, what the address they are going to are? I'd like nothing more that to be able to show up when the stuff they are buying illegally show up at their door with the police.

I have around $35k in debt. The debt is all personal debt and there are no co-signers nor assets in question. As for my personal assets, I don't believe I really have any. My car is eight years old and I live in an apartment. I was considering filing bankruptcy before I begin a new job and get better pay (therefore, they do not see a bigger paycheck and feel I can pay back my loans).

So, the question is, what bankruptcy should I do if there are no assets which can be liquidated to pay back my debtors?
