I usually do this with my Paypal account. No credit card needed, but you do need a checking account and it takes a week or so to set the whole thing up, but I've never had a problem with Paypal and love using it for my purchases. Then again, if you have a checking account you would get a debit card which works the same as a credit card, but they take the money right out of your bank account and you aren't charged the horrid interest rates that come with the "privilege" of owning a credit card. You either have the money or you don't. Other than these two ways, I'm not sure how else you can go about doing this.

Some, like Ebay allow money orders but like shopping at say ... Old Navy online, rarely. They need to confirm that they will get paid for the merchandise. Look into all payment options if you are wanting to buy but don't have a credit or debit card.

you can go to a store and get a pre-paid credit card.... its just like a real credit card but you put YOUR money in it and use your own money that way... but many sites see it as a credit card and accept it ..only thing is ..it costs money to put money on your card

Sure, although it depends on the seller. Many will accept other forms of payment, like checks or money orders.
