Gap is a store credit card

If you are underage your parents would have to add you as an authorized user for you to be able to use the card.

The Gap credit card cannot be a debit card. A debit card pulls deducts money from your bank account and since The Gap is not a bank, there's no way the card be can a debit card.

You have to be 18 years or older to apply for any credit card. This is because minors cannot enter any sort of legal contract and when you sign up for a credit card, you are entering a legal contract with that particular company. If your parent got a Gap Card and then requested an additional card in your name, you'd be able to use the card that was issued into your name.
