I am going to be a authorized user of my father credit card account, He have credit card for 10 years , Open in 1997, I am currently 23 years old what part of his credit histrory( Inherent) will belong to me? 5 years? ( I think 5 years because a person can recieve his or her credit card when turn 18 years old) Can I person be a authorized user before 18 years old?

i can no longer make the mimnimum payments on my credit cards, if i can only make a payment of $100.00 to the card company and the minimum payment is around $200.00 on 5 seperate cards, can they sue me in a court of law, garnish my job wages, or can i be imprisoned for not making the minimum payment??

i had ordered food from the green house steak in chicago on the 18th of may for a party on the 26th of this month and today just found out party is cancled I called and went in to the resturant to cancle my order inwhich i paid in full with my debit card and now they are saying they are going to take half of my money for cancleing even though it's a week inadvanced. I told them it's not like the day before or anything and my order was only 2 trays of fajitas. and they don't have any written notice on my receipt stating this policy. so just hoping someone will be able to give me some suggestions on what I can do. my order total was 185 and they want to give me 90 dollars back please help.also the money has already been taken out of my bank account

I have 3 credit cards that I haven't paid anything since I got it. I know, really really really bad. I had a Bank of America credit card, a Discover, and a Wachovia credit card. Total of how much I owe is about $4,000 now probably. I really have no clue though, because they are all charged off and is now in the hands of certain collection agencies. I have no idea how to contact these collection agencies and they haven't made an attempt to contact me yet. I just need to know how to go about even starting to get my finances back in order. My credit is now ruined and I just want to fix it all.

I was wondering also if I do end up paying off all my debts because it's not that high right now, how do I go about establishing good credit? Any information, links, book recommendations, etc. to help me with my situation would be a trumendous help! I already know I messed up big time. I'm only 20 years old, but I'm already in this much trouble with my credit score. I want to fix it ASAP.

I have bought a few items on ebay a week ago.Today i received the e-mail fom the seller saying he couldn't send me the goods and he explained eveything to me.The problem is that his paypal account is fronze,so he couldn't give me the money he owes me,but he tells me to reverse the payment from paypal.How do I do it?Thanks for helping.

Are collection agencys really able to delete collection of you credit report if you pay them and they agree to take it off?
