I have bought a few items on ebay a week ago.Today i received the e-mail fom the seller saying he couldn't send me the goods and he explained eveything to me.The problem is that his paypal account is fronze,so he couldn't give me the money he owes me,but he tells me to reverse the payment from paypal.How do I do it?Thanks for helping.

I had a problem similiar to this. I bought a laptop & it was horrible & didnt work at all. so i contacted the seller he told me to return it to him for the refund, but he tried to be shifty said he didnt get it and couldnt return my money. well i had to contact paypal and make a dispute. so you may have to do the same...make a "payment dispute" tell the reasons that you and the seller have & they'll make an investigation & return your money

I'd be suspicious that he's trying to scam you. Coincidentally just when he couldn't send you your items, his paypal account is frozen? Uh-huh.
