As I am presently not working and building a craft business I need a $5,000.00 US loan for 1 month to pay the costs of filing the final papers with the courts in the UK to be able to transfer the funds to the US. The only thing left is pay the filing fees with the courts, registrar's office and with the bank where the money is being held. My lawyer for uncle's estate (investigated, a reputable one in Birmingham UK) assures me that when the cost of the paperwork is filed the grant of disposition will be issued, all the court paperwork to claim me beneficiary are done and sealed with the courts. This grant of disposition will allow me to transfer it to my name at the bank there and transfer to my account here in the US. I then could return the Loan with interest agreed upon. It is possible to settle within the next few days if I can get the loan soon enough, if that happens then I can pay the loan and interest in 2 weeks when the transfer is done. Please I need a solution fast

Recently I was taken to court for a vehicle I had repossessed almost 7 years ago. The judge denied the plaintiff the judgement going against me. Does this mean I can have the debt removed from my credit report? Or will the collection account still be on the credit report? Basically I won the case and I'm not sure what happens next. Thank you.

I already have one through my bank, but I'm going to close it. I'm only 20 and as you all know its hard to establish credit. My Credit score is a 690.. which is fair, so why do people with worse scores get approved?!?! Is it my age? Nevertheless, what is the easiest card to get? adn where can I apply?

Its been 2 years since I had any credit problems but I still have 2 credit collection agencies on my credit report listed as open. I have managed to save about $10,000 and I want to invest it or open some type of money market account or something but Im afraid they will somehow be able to take it or freeze my account. Does anyone have any good detailed info on this or any experience with this?? I have been working to repair my credit and I just want to know when I dont have to worry anymore about these creditors. I don't want to file bankrupcy.

(I have 1 year of making my auto loan payments on time.)

1) I plan to take out a $500 secured personal loan from my bank for 6 months.

2) Then go to a different bank with the $500 and take out another secured personal loan from that bank for 6 months.

3) Repeat this once more at a third bank.

4) Establish a $300 security deposit account at my original bank to qualify for a secured credit card.

5) Repeat the process of getting a secured credit card at the next bank.

6) Repeat this once more at the third bank.

7) Obtain 2 more credit cards.

8) Pay back $500 secured personal loans from my banks in 6 months making all payments on time.

9) Use all 5 credit cards but never charge more than a maximum balance of 9% of the total credit card limit.

10) Pay off the statements as soon as they come and make all payments on time.

According to this FICO score estimator my resulting FICO score would be 740-790 in 1 year.

I have 2 credit cards that are asking 18% interest and I have paid on them for 2 years without any money going to the principal. I am getting nowhere by paying the minimum each month. I have been needing to pay on hospital, doctor and medicines leaving me unable to continue payments to the credit cards. How can they force me to pay if my only assets are my home and retirement social security. I would appreciate any answers to this. Thanks
