Is another loan really an answer? Independent, free debt advice is better and will be a lot cheaper in the long run. Another loan means more repayments. What are you going to do if you can't meet them? Take out another loan?

most of the people who do "secured" credit cards also do loans, but if your credit is so bad you are considering a 177% apr I would apply for one of the secured credit cards, spend a few months (about 9) rebuildinbg your credit history and then apply to someone with a slightly lower rate of interest.
