I'd like to know if it is hooey or if it is worth the money to get the info. I am already aware of all of the conventional methods of raising and maintaining your credit score, but this guy says he has certain little tricks. I'm hesitant and would like someone's opinion based on experience.

My brother and myself started a computer consulting company back in 1998. The IT consulting business has slowed down a lot, and we lost our last contract a few months ago. We have accumulated 15k debt on business credit card and a collection agency is harassing my family.

The company has been incorporated ( S-Corp ) since 1999 and the credit card is linked to the business and not our personal credit. The company is completely belly up with no money left in the checking account. No money. No assets. Can the creditor sue me personally? Will the creditor sue my S-Corp which has no money? Should I file bankruptcy for the S-Corp ( incorporated in Wisconsin ) any thoughts about how much that would cost? Thank you for any help or advice.

I was past due on my capital one credit card although I was paying what I can each month. The total was 1800.00. i agreed to pay $305.00 a month BUT I never had a written agreement. I have $416.00 left to pay. This past month i couldn't pay the whole thing. I agreed to pay $150.00 after she told me they were going take me to court I said I would pay the whole amount off in Oct and she said they would still take me to court if I didn't pay the $150.00 in Sept. She kept asking me where is my money going-what am I doing with it-what bills am I paying off.
first off, Would they really take me to court over $416.00 THAT I said I WOULD pay in Oct-even offered to post date a check. also I have not received anything in 3 months saying i paid, she said they were mailing them but I said I didn't receive them. What are my rights in all this? what can I do? can she ask me those questions?
Hope this makes sense...thanks.

Some bills I got are totally bullshits, like unsolicited books sent to my kids, like medical bills should be sent to my insurance companies. But after I talked to them over the phone, they still keep sending me those bills. What I can do?m I can just choose to neglect them, but will they affect my credit points? Thanks for any inputs!

How much credit card company charge for each transaction? Since credit card company gives reward credit for using their cards, in situations I can use either case or check, should I opt for credit cards because they offer reward points? Or it does no matter? Thank you for suggestions?

Ok I need help. Ive got a decent job but bad credit and I would like to get a credit card to help me out right now. Im able to pay it back but I am so sick of seeing the ones that say "send money now" and then they promise to send a card and dont. Does anyone out there know by personal experience an "easy" one to get no matter how low they start you out at? Keep in mind my horrible credit.
