I usually get mine the first week of the month. It is usually due the 25th.

Call you cell phone company and ask when your statement date is. If your bill doesn't come within a week after that date, something is unusual. You may has signed up for electronic billing. If that is the case, you should receive an e-mail when the bill is available on-line.
