Usually you need to send a copy of your discharge along with the creditor schedules (list of creditors, or schedules D, E and F) to the credit reporting agencies along with a letter telling them that they are incorrectly reporting your credit information. Be sure to keep copies of everything you send to them! and send all correspondence by certified and/or return receipt requested mail. The Credit reporting agency must report back to you within a certain amount of time. It's the law. I don't know how the other bankruptcy courts handle their discharges, but here in southern california, our clients only receive the discharge, there is no list of creditors with it, although the list is on file with the bankruptcy court.

bankruptcy disappears from your credit after 10 years.

your attorney or who ever filed the bankruptcy for you must have not entered the accounts to be included in the bankruptcy, or else dispute it through the credit bureaus stating that the accounts were part of the bankruptcy....the credit bureaus make so many mistakes that usually that might be the reason.

When did you file bankruptcy? And do you have your actual credit report in front of you?

You should have been given discharge papers from the court listing all of the creditors. Send that, along with a dispute letter to the credit agency.
