My rights have been violated under the fact act. I really want to find a class action lawyer who will sue the three major credit burels based on the fact act fair credit reporting act. Watch Television. There will be ads for personal injury lawyers. Call one of them and tell them your story. They will either take on the case or refer you to someone they know. Also, you can look up your state bar association and contact them. They will be able to refer you to a lawyer. Have you contacted your state attorney office, they would probably love to know if they are doing people wrong and do something about it.

Problem is, FCRA, like RESPA, is very vague. There is alot of grey area. Call your state's attorney's office before you spend money on an attorney.

So what problem are you having with them?
Class action suits can be handled by the FTC if given enough complaints.
