The numbers I've heard are really varied depending on where you live. Can any of you psychologists out there tell me about how much money is in this line of work, and where the best places to work are?

I already have a full time job, but I'm searching for something better. I'm finding it hard to schedule job interviews since I am working all day. I've tried squeezing them in my lunch break, but sometimes the interviews go longer than the 1 hour I have for lunch.

I'm thinking about college and I can't make myself do anything I don't want to do. About the only thing that sounds appealing to me is Art Education. But art teachers don't make all that much do they? In salary it's 30,000-40,000...right?

I am 19; a stay at home mom, and about to start school online. I don't have any income but I do live with my fiance', the baby's father. I don't know if I will qualify for full financial aid, and need extra money anyways. Any advice is welcome, as long as it's legal, legitimate, and doesn't require money to start.

Thanks

I already own a stucco company but i want more. I want to open something to help kids keep off drugs. Any ideas. I think if I open something to keep them busy maybe I can help others from following the same steps I did. Only thing is I am a felon and have been in prison.

Any ideas would help.

For example, do you have a bachelor's or higher and working as a salesperson at a retail store or as a waiter in a restaurant? If so, do you feel like your degree was a waste or your job is kind of beneath you?

I sometimes feel a little embarrassed that I work there because I am 31 years old and have a college degree. I feel like this position is something anyone can do. My degree is in Fashion Design. Do you think people look down on me and wonder why in the heck I am working at a retail store making only $13.50/hr with commission when I have a degree? Should I feel like I am lowering myself? I don't know why I feel that way. Do other people look down on people who work at the mall for a living? I guess I feel a little self concious and don't think all that highly of myself for working as a cosmetic salesperson for a living.

When you are applying for a job, if you send the employer an e-mail with your resume attached, how long after that you should expect their reply? Should you follow up after a week if you don’t here from them? Or does it mean they are not interested?
