You have complete freedom to do what you want. What a nice situation, to have basically two job offers! It's a good problem to have.

Here are some things to consider: What about benefits - does either job offer medical, vacation, or other benefits? Do you know the potential pay range of the massage job? Could you do one of the jobs part time? What are your reasons for wanting to consider the massage job over the auditor job?

In the end you are free to do as you like. You could ask the new hotel for a couple of more days. You could certainly tell the chiropractor that you have another offer and would like at least some indication from him (or her, as the case may be).

I don't think it would be a bad thing to contact the doctor and say that you have another offer but that you are interested in working for them and wanted to let them know that you need to tell the other job yes or no. Just be relaxed and friendly about it so they don't feel pressured about you asking. Good luck :)

Say yea to the hotel and if the doc calls then re-ask a question.

One in the hand is better than two in the Bush.
